
1 = Side Bend
Stand straight and close your feet and then bend Right side and then Left Side. Do This exercise with 20 time On Both side in accurate position.
2 = High Knee Twists
2nd exercise is high knee Twists . Raise your arm up words and stand straight Then first take your right le up word to your belly and rotate your hand down side .Then push your left leg up word and take your arm down and your leg should be in the middle of your arms. Do this step 20 Time (10/10) .
3 = Ski Hops
In this exercise first you will be jump your all body with closing yours feet to right and then jump left side. The jumping area should be 2 feet between both side jump. Do this step 20 time (10 /10)
AFTER THREE EXERCISE TAKE REST FOR 1 MINUTE
4 = Leg Raises
Stand straight and raise your right leg to upside which make the 90 degree angle. Then down and raise your left leg to up side like first you do.it will help you remove fat on your waist and butt.
5 = Jumping Jack
Jumping jack is super exercise for weight lose which is most popular way. in this exercise keep your arm up word separately and spread your leg .then jump and close leg and then again jump and spread leg . do this 20 time .
