Now a days every person is busy in his daily routine work and have no time for him self. Theirfore they get destroy their health. Mostly people routine is eat and go to work then come back eat and sleep. So They get fatty and over weight . Then slowly they fell many disease.

Get up early in the morning and go for a walk about 30 to 40 minutes. Keep walking at medium pace . Take deep breath for ten to fifteen time after every 5 minute walk. After come back home eat food less give your stomach some space for good work. Take a cup of green tea after few time of meal.
Walk in the evening also after thirty minutes of taking meal for 40 minutes. Donot eat fast food and snacks like buger, shwarma, pizza, cold drinks, and sweets.
