What to do in 30 Minutes…
Take 5 minute walk at normal speed
- Push-up for 20 second Then take rest 20 second
- Burpees for 20 second Then take rest for 20 second
- Jumping-jacks 20 second Then take rest for 20 second
- Run fast for 30 second Then Take 1 minute rest
Keep doing this simple exercise for 20 minutes. Then Take a walk on normal speed for 5 minutes.
